What budget should we plan for?
Every trip is quoted according to dates, yacht, group size and the services selected. Share an approximate budget, specifying whether it is for the whole group or per person and whether flights are included. The proposal will detail inclusions, options and fees.
How many people can take part?
Dolce Vita accommodates up to 24 guests in 12 cabins; Odyssey, up to 26 in 13 cabins. The right capacity also depends on your preferred cabin arrangements. For smaller or larger groups, let’s discuss the possibilities before choosing a format.
Can we charter a yacht or choose our dates?
A private charter can be explored according to your dates and yacht availability. If your group would prefer an existing departure, let us know: we will check availability and whether the trip suits your plans. The format and dates are confirmed in your proposal.
Do we need to be divers or very sporty?
Diving is optional. The trip combines reef exploration, life aboard and free time. We discuss the group’s confidence in the water and interests beforehand to agree on suitable activities. Dives with our instructors are optional extras to include in your quote.
Can we include meetings or a workshop?
We can explore time for discussions in the yacht’s shared spaces. Tell us the duration, participant numbers and any equipment or connectivity needs, so these can be checked before confirmation. A facilitator or a specific workshop requires a separate request.
How can we present the trip to our committee or management?
Send us your estimated group size, preferred period and priorities. We prepare a proposal you can share internally, covering the programme, accommodation, services and an itemised budget. Include your decision timeline and any information you need to support the discussion.
Are flights and transfers included?
Your quote specifies the arrangements for flights and transfers, as well as local fees and any optional extras. The arrival airport and timing need to be coordinated with boarding. We clarify these details with you before booking.
